The Grand Crowne Resorts features the world's first and only true triple-share condominiums, with the ability to lock-off into either three one-bedroom condos or into one two-bedroom and one one-bedroom unit. The Grand Crowne Resorts sits on a 20-acre hillside towering over Branson and overlooking the multi-million dollar Thousand Hills Golf Course.

When finished, this project will consist of 330 condominium units, and have a scenic jogging, hiking and biking trail around the perimeter as well as gated security. Construction began in August 1998. These condominiums are the ultimate in luxury living. Amenities will include three swimming pools, patio and barbecue areas and tennis courts.
