- Vacationers
must be a legal

- Be married or
cohabitating
- All married or cohabiting couples combining their incomes must provide proof of cohabitation by showing identical home addresses.
- If married,
cohabiting or engaged, both parties must attend the full presentation together
to qualify for this reduced rate.
- Credit worthiness
- All guests must
attend an informative, 90-minute preview tour and timeshare sales presentation
of the Grand Crowne Resort in Branson.
- Each member of the touring party must present a valid, government photo ID and either a major credit card or check book for identification. Debit cards and/or bank cards will not be accepted.
- One valid, major credit card is required per touring party.
- Qualified touring parties will receive their choice of dinner or theatre tickets (or other gifts as indicated in the package that they selected), subject to availability.
- There is no obligation to purchase.
- Failure to attend your personal Manhattan Club preview during your stay will result in a charge equal to the room's full rack rate.
- The sales presentation will be in English unless other arrangements are made prior to your visit.
- A major credit card is required to secure your reservation. All charges must be complete prior to arrival at your hotel. The client will pay Resort Vacation Network for the initial package. Any taxes or additional nights must be paid to The Surrey Inn.
- Any changes to your
reservation arrival date must be made no less than 72 hours in advance of you
scheduled arrival. Should you need to cancel without rescheduling, you have up to 14 days after booking completion. After that, you may reschedule your date, up to 3 days prior to check in date.We will waive the
administrative fee to reschedule your reservation one time. Any further requests
for rescheduling may result in an administrative fee ranging from $25-$99
depending on season. Where applicable, any package price increase resulting from
changes to the reservation will be charged to your credit card accordingly. To
reschedule, notify Resort Vacation Network by calling TOLL FREE 1-877-616-8509.
Travel must be completed By expiration date. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the full package
price.
- One offer per family, we do NOT accept "group travel", defined as two or more families known to each other traveling together at the same time.
